Arturo offered great customer service throughout the entire process. He was very informative over the phone, and in person for the window replacement he was very professional and friendly. The window installation was quick and it being a mobile service is much appreciated. I definitely recommend Auto Glass Elite Shield LA and Arturo.

Excellent service; Arturo arrived on time and replaced my car's windshield in 40 minutes - very fast and professional.

I would give Auto Glass Elite 100 stars if I could. My passenger side mirror was broke on a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica and I called 10 auto glass shops and I was told either they don't have the part, can't get the part or it would be 1 1/2 weeks to get the part. I called Auto Glass Elite and spoke with David. He was professional and told me he can get the part the next day and above all he can come to my house. He delivered on it all. And the icing on the cake was he fixed the mirror in 15 minutes. The best service I ever had. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a small business owner so please support!!!!
